Interviewed Tuesday, silent so far.
Same here
I know at least one non-Chi K&E office has started to make offers, so I imagine they'll be rolling out pretty soon.
Certainly hope so. Recruiter told me it'd take a week at the end of the CB, but hoping that's not trueAnonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Jan 21, 2021 8:29 pmI know at least one non-Chi K&E office has started to make offers, so I imagine they'll be rolling out pretty soon.

You might want to throw this in the UChicago OCI thread. think this one is for Chicago-market offers across schools
It's always been like this, and it's a cultural thing. NYC is the capital of biglaw with the most prestigious firms and work, and they're very aggressive about trying to farm the best crop of new associates. DC is a bit more relaxed than NYC, but it's still east coast biglaw at the end of the day and is the most grade-selective market so sitting on good candidates isn't really an option. Pretty much every other non-east coast market is considerably more relaxed and less grade sensitive, so there is less of a rush.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Jan 22, 2021 1:44 pmI wish i did have a theory.
