first year...getting really worried because was absolutely slammed when I first started. But now, I am very very slow. It is to a point where I am billing like 1.5 hours a day sometimes. Should I be worried?

No. Just ask around for work. Slow periods happen.

Likes others said, make sure you ask for work. It's possible that everyone knew you were slammed and so they aren't sending new stuff your way, but if you tell folks you have time they'll get you busy again. Communicating your workload is key - if your firm is ok with you doing nothing then that's fine, but make sure everyone knows you aren't busy so that when things come in they get your involved.
