Joshua Schiller, son of firm co-founder Jonathan Schiller, was arrested Thursday in Ross, California.

BSF has to be perhaps the most unnecessary and interesting implosion of a major firm.

Could someone provide a brief explanation (or link thereto) of why BSF imploded? Is it Theranos stuff or something? I could not find anything on the Wiki page.

Also, smart people can separate a partner blowing up, even a name partner, and a firm making a mistake.
