Midsize Firm Salaries (NJ)

Was wondering if anyone had any information about salary and bonus levels at more midsize firms beyond entry level. I’m able to find what starting salaries are at these firms but am curious as to how much they diverge from market level salaries at the largest firms as you increase in class year.

I am particularly interested in the NJ market (firms like Riker Danzig, Day Pitney, McCarter and English, etc.). I’d appreciate any insight anyone has.

Salaries are negotiable but in general you should expect base salary + (class year x 5K). Junior partners at those firms make similar salaries to 4-5th years at NYC so that should give you a sense of how realistic a greater than 5K raise per year would be
