Have an interview coming up - tech company ~8K employees. Litigation position. I'm 7-9 years out of school.

Didn't see many litigation salary examples in the In-House comp thread.

Anyone have data points?

My O&G in house lit friends are at about $250K all in after bonus and stock. But that seems like a high ask.

What market? $250k all in seems reasonable to me for the bay/NY. If this is Texas (just guessing based on O&G reference), that might be more on the high end.

yeah depends on market. 250k all in sounds about right in bay area; 350 if it's FAANG.
