Not to hijack, but just to keep it all in one thread and hopefully get more responses, but I'm also curious generally what income partner comp looks like at traditional biglaw firms. What drives income partner salaries, PPP, revenue, etc?

I think at my old v50, an income partner made somewhere between $450k-$550k in base salary, but bonuses were much more difficult to achieve. This seemed like a great deal to me because at the low end it's only marginally more than a senior associate ($340k salary plus $100k bonus), except that all of the money is guaranteed since it's salary and you're getting it every month so it can actually factor into your lifestyle.

Wondering if that's pretty much the norm or if at the high PPP firms a junior income partner might start at $600k+
