I know the firm isn’t market, but does anyone know what the firm’s bonus structure/salary is like? I saw that starting is $180k, but are annual increases like $5k?

Also, what are the general hours requirements?

Annual increases are like 10k a year. Bonuses are between low to mid 5 figures; depending on your class. Billable target 2,000; inclusive of recruiting and other misc. non-billables.
