General Raleigh/Charlotte scale
I know that many of the AmLaw firms in Raleigh and Charlotte aren’t lockstep, but I was wondering if anyone had any insight into what a midlevel (4th - 5th year) makes at the firms that start at $165k? A recruiter I spoke to said it should be in the $200k - $210k range, but that seems low.
