Conflicts check — reach out to old firm?

I'm starting as a lateral at a new firm soon, and they've asked me for a list of all cases I've ever worked on at any law firm. This shouldn't be an issue for my current firm. But I spent my 1L summer, now 4+ years ago, at a different firm. I have no idea what cases I worked on there, and I don't have any record of it either.
Is it okay in this circumstance to reach out to my summer firm and ask for a case list (or perhaps a list of my billable hours)? It's a NYC biglaw shop, fwiw, so I imagine they have the records somewhere. But I'm not sure they'd be okay providing this. Does anyone have experience making similar requests?
