any extensively asian small/mid size firms?

Hi, Asian male, here, I am really feeling pressured not to work in a non-asian majority law firm or public interest group, especially working for a white boss. Is there any law firm that are majority asian/asian partners so I can hide in? I am kinda shy and a social hermit (sarcastically).

Why would you voluntarily restrict your employment options in this way? I'm an Asian male and I find your logic bizarre.

In any event, your question is still way too broad. What are your geographical preferences for work? What type of law do you want to do? Would you be OK in a firm that is racially diverse, even if it's not majority Asian?

Who is "pressuring" you? lol

If you're looking to avoid white people, you've picked the wrong profession.

Also definitely thirded on the below.

This is a fake and racist post. No Asian would ever ask this question. The racist person who wrote this post is obviously using racial stereotypes like asians being shy etc. Lock this racist thread.

I don't really understand what you mean by "hide", but if you are looking for firms with more Asian representation so you can bond over cultural/ethnic things, Fenwick & West has a good amount of Asian attorneys and staff in their SF/Mountain View offices.

I dont think any biglaw firm has a majority of Asian attorneys/partners. There are definitely smaller firms/public interest firms which do (that also do sophisticated work), but I don't think you can "hide" in any of those places either.

I agree with the above that this is probably a fake and a racist post. If it isn’t and you are really asking for law firms where most lawyers are Asian, you should look for local immigration law firms that mainly deal with Asian clients. If you are looking for biglaw, you should look for Asia offices for Biglaw. I really hope this was not a post using racist stereotypes.

"What word does the letter 'A' stand for in LSAT?"

I SOLVE THE CAPTCHA USING ADMISSION -OR- ADMISSIONS. CAPTCHAS HATE THIS GUY.

To answer the thread question, if you're not hell-bent on staying in America, just aim for international firms with Asian offices (geographically, I mean, e.g. Japan, China, South Korea).

Race baiting post much? Who hurt you OP? The fact that many people said this is a racist post and requested it to be locked yet it still remains shows how racism against asians is often ignored in the U.S. This is truly pathetic. Lock this thread and ban this account Mods.

I honestly don’t think this is a racist post. I think OP is serious. OP posted two other weird questions at the same time.
