Rising 3L with an offer to work for Big 4 International/M&A in a major market. I was wondering what the salary stat is for associates with JD only. There seems to be only stat on people with LLM. What would be a all in for big 4 NY international/M&A all in? Thank you.

Yes, this is what I got at NYC Big 4 ITS when starting in Fall 2016 also. For some further data, I was up to ~125k after 3 rounds of raises before transferring internally to a lower COL city in the last year and took a pay cut to a little over 100k.

EY was 115k starting for M&A tax last year if you had an LLM and were in a higher COL area (NY/Boston/LA etc).

My friend is a JD only in a high COL city. She lateraled to a big 4 as a 3rd year and was offered $125k. The gap closed between JD and LLM after the first couple of years.
