Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Practice

Hello,
I am an incoming associate at a big firm in Atlanta slated to work in commercial real estate. With all the uncertainty the virus has brought about (with both bar exam dates/work start dates), I am getting nervous about job security/committing to getting a lease.
I was wondering if anyone in Atlanta currently practicing in real estate can speak to whether deal flow is dead, and if an incoming associate will have much work to do. Also very happy to hear from any practitioners in real estate about how much work volume there is right now.
Thanks in advance.
