Davis Wright Salary Scale

Can anyone speak to the salary scale at Davis Wright Tremaine? Specifically, in the NY or LA offices? These offices start at $180,000 but since it's "merit based" / black box after that, I can't find any info.
Bonus points for any info re: bonuses!

Not a great answer, but I interviewed as a lateral with DWT, and they made clear that it was going to be less in terms of bonus and base than staying at biglaw market, and that was durable. They weren't pushy or negative, but cast it more like "we want you to be happy here, so just want to make clear the gap will be getting bigger every year relative to people earning market". No specific numbers, though.
