Looking for some information about true pay/benefits at White & Case. In particular, how much do associates pay for health insurance, and what (if anything) does the firm do for associate 401(k)s.
Thanks.

They don’t offer any 401k matching for associates, and as a general rule BigLaw firms don’t offer matching for associates.
I paid $220/month for a middle-of-the-road health insurance plan for just myself.

There are three different health plans. I don’t recall what mine costs each month (maybe $60). It’s got fewer in network providers but my routine doctor visits cost me $10. (Not the annual checkups or whatever, which are free I think under every health plan. I mean appointments for rx refills or if you’re sick or something)
Lots of other wellness stuff I haven’t used. Vision and dental are inexpensive.
No 401k match but I don’t know of any biglaw firms that offer it. I know of several smaller firms that do but they only start matching after you’ve been there for a year.
