Hours At These NYC Firms

Can anyone speak to the general hour expectations (during normal times, i.e. not during COVID) at the following firms in NYC:
1. Davis & Gilbert
2. Davis Wright Tremaine
3. Loeb & Loeb
4. Manatt
5. Frankfurt Kurnit
6. Pryor Cashman
7. Ballard Spahr
Specifically, in the media/entertainment/soft-IP practice groups. I know some of these firms have published hour requirements, but I'm hoping to get the inside scoop from individuals that have first- (or second-) hand knowledge.
