Not much more color. It was very directly acknowledged that what this would actually look in practice has not been decided. But it sounded like everyone would be expected to come into the office at least sometimes, with how often people are able to work from home dependent upon seniority, what you do at the firm, and various other (unspecified) factors.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 12:49 pmAny additional color on what exactly was communicated?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 10:42 amDPW coming back to the office after Labor Day, with a permanent “hybrid” model. What exactly the hybrid model is is TBD.

So Law.com running an article about DPW having “office days” in May and failing to mention it is returning after Labor Day and going to implement a hybrid model.
Frustrating that legal publications consistently show a clear bias toward return to the office like it’s 2019. Literally EVERY associate wants to WFH more than be in the office. But if you read the news, you’d think everyone wants to go back ASAP.
Many firms seem to understand this as the number of lateral listings promoting flexibility seems to increase daily.
