Can someone please provide a list of recruiters that routinely have positions in BigLaw and Mid-size law firms?

Well said and interesting insight. (not the op, just found your post interesting)nealric wrote:Literally every legal recruiter out there fits this description. Smaller employers typically won't pay recruiter fees.
If you worked at a v10 and are looking for another biglaw job, I'd start by reaching out to friends at other firms to see if their firms have hiring needs. Personal connections are usually superior to a recruiter. If you do use one, don't expect them to just hand you a job on a platter. Even if they did, keep in mind their incentive is to get the referral fee. They only care if they place you, not if they place you somewhere that's actually a good fit. In fact, it's almost better if it doesn't work out, as theri business survives off churn.
