Plaintiff-Side ERISA Job Opportunities?

What's a good job for someone with several years of federal ERISA Investigator experience?

Are there good compliance jobs that are worker-side focused? Open to trusts & estates, and tax as well. Just don't want to spend my days helping rich folks hide money. Want to work in gov't (non-fed)/union/worker-side, but it seems difficult to find those ERISA jobs (Midwest area or remote).

I’ve seen a few ERISA/Veterans Benefit jobs, but unfortunately I don’t they any are in the Midwest.

The only one I can remember off the top of my head is Block and Leviton in DC.

But if you type in veterans benefits, you may find additional firms that work in this area.

Plenty of DC firms that do union side ERISA stuff, also look into the major union general counsel jobs, those are also typically in DC. I know one firm that does plaintiff side ERISA work in Midwest, Schilicter Denton or something. Google plaintiff side retirement jobs and you will get some hits. they are mostly stock drop cases and ERISA fiduciary cases.
