solo malpractice insurance for corp work

I've been doing corporate work on the side, nothing big, nothing too complex (e.g. avoiding securities offerings, complex deals, etc.). My work is mostly things like service agreements, contracts, corporate formation/governance, privacy policy/ToS, etc. for start-ups and small businesses.
Most of my clients have been friends, and I don't have malpractice insurance yet.
I want to expand outside of this network and start working with new clients. However, my workload is pretty small, since this is part-time. I expect my yearly revenues to be <30k (if that) from this work since this is a side gig.
Might be a stupid question but would it be worth getting malpractice insurance? (It's not required for my state). How comfortable would you guys be doing a dew projects before getting it? My main concern is... I'm not entirely sure if I will be able to land enough clients to warramt the cost.
I have 3+ years experience in my field FYI.
