Escaping doc review after being stuck in bar exam limbo

2017 grad with an embarrassing admission: I only just passed the bar exam in Fall 2019. Suffice it to say, I’ve been stuck in doc review positions since graduation...Facepalm, I know.
I’m pretty down about my prospects. The only thing going for me is that I did graduate from a T-30, and am still in the market where my school is well regarded. I’m ultimately looking for something in Labor and Employment law, but don’t even know where to start.
Any tips? Has anyone who has been in a similar situation have advice on how to address the resume gap?
