School-funded Fellowship - on or off resume 5+ yrs post-grad?

I am a 2014 JD graduate. I didn't find full time employment until the spring after graduation. In the interim, I did a school funded fellowship for around 3 months. Since then, I have held two jobs (one at a small firm for 2 years, one at a near biglaw market paying midlaw firm for 3 years). I am currently thinking about applying to new places.
As a T14 grad, explaining away the gap is always tough. The real reason is because I got one C my 1L year and it derailed my OCI job search, and then I had a protracted job search from 3L year to post-grad. I also had 2 surgeries my 3L year that limited my mobility. I never mention any of this in job interviews.
I feel like my school funded fellowship is stigmatized so I kept it off my resume when i applied for my current job. Or am I overthinking things because i'm already 5-6 years out of law school?
I wanted to get TLS's insight into this. Thanks!
