Can anyone in Norton Rose Fulbright's CA or TX offices provide comp info? Last I heard was this ATL article where only first and second years were moved to the 190 scale, and third years and up would be on the old 180 scale + a bonus bringing you to market if you hit 2300. Is this still the case? Has it been implemented any differently?

Also tried to search for this info but couldn't find anything since 2018.

Re: NRF Compensation?
Friend is at NRF in TX. 190 scale only lasts the first couple years and then compresses.
