Gordon Rees - thoughts?

It is hard to find much info on this firm outside of glassdoor.
4th/5th year associate and received an offer from Gordon & Rees in a major market (think NY/DC). The pay is only $10k higher than my current salary at a smaller, boutique firm and Gordon & Rees has a higher hours requirement. I am deciding whether it is worth it, but I don't have much insight on the general reputation of the firm. I know past associates from this office have left to go to big name firms and that many associates have also stayed for a long time and are now partner.
