Top Law Schools

Title is self explanatory. Basically, I got an Honors Attorney position and filled out the background forms. I admitted to using marijuana one time within the past year and was deemed "unsuitable" and failed the background check. I was able to appeal that decision with the agency and the determination was reversed and I am cleared to start in the fall. I am now working on my character and fitness application and am wondering I need to disclose the unsuitable determination I got first. It's not specifically called for anywhere in the application, but the catchall question at the end could.

Any thoughts? Specifically for Maryland.

If you have the money for it, I vote for contacting an actual C&F attorney in Maryland to get your answer.

But my (completely uneducated) guess is that they would tell you to err on the side of disclosure.
