Employee/Union-Side Firm Salary Data

Post by Impishee » Fri Dec 13, 2019 12:41 pm

Saw older threads on this, but looking for updates. What's the entry (0-2 years experience) salary/benefits info on employee/union-side firms (Midwest info especially appreciated). Salary info a few years in (ex: 5 years) would be great too. Thanks.

Varies wildly, depending on size/quality of firm

My employee-side firm (in major coastal metro area) pays 100k to first years

I know some others (also in major metro) that pay anywhere from 60k to 90k to entry level hires

Mine, which is in an expensive metro area, starts at 135k.
