Salary progression at Hunton Andrews Kurth?

I believe they start first years @ $190k in major markets (NY/DC/LA/SF), but any idea what salaries look like after that?
Are bonuses market?

I worked at HAK, but not in one of those markets. Bonuses were not market (and you needed to hit about 2050+ billables in my practice group to get one), but salary progression seemed relatively close to the other firms in this secondary market. I suspect the salaries would not stay with market in the major markets you listed, however.

Bump in case anyone knows the scale in major offices.
