Does anyone know what the salary progression/bonuses are at Stoel Rives? It looks like they do a yearly review that results in a raise, but I can't find any data points about what their compensation looks like.

I have a friend who is currently a 5th-year associate at a big firm and would love to lateral to Stoel's Energy Development Group.
