Is anyone aware of the Arent Fox bonus scale in general and salaries after year 4? I know comp is below the Cravath market but I have not found hard data beyond salaries for years 1-4.

I’d also be interested to hear general perceptions on the firm/culture/expectations as I am entertaining a lateral move there.

Just based on the trajectory from years 1 to 4, I’d assume it’s similar to Pepper Hamilton’s Philly scale
