Lateral GPA Question

I had a question regarding my transcript for whenever I decide to lateral.
I graduated from a T10 with a 3.47 GPA. At my school this meant no honors. Is this going to impact me negatively if I ever lateral?
If it matters, I am in the bankruptcy practice group at a V10.

Not like you can do anything about it at this point, or if it should change your behavior one way or the other. You have a reasonably-preftigious job now, which subsumes your law-school grades for most purposes.
Some firms will care about not being able to put “cum laude” in your bio but they tend to be ones that don’t take a lot of laterals anyway.

I have a similar question, but for going in house. I have a 3.51 from a T10. Will this be a hinderance for in-house opportunities? I'm also at a V10 doing corporate specialist work.

In a typical unhelpful TLS answer, I suppose it depends. Depends on the in-house opportunity, who's doing the recruiting, what's that person like, etc.
Anecdotally, I helped participate in recruiting an Assistant GC role for the company I used to work at, and the applicants we had generally had good credentials and strong work experience, but the attorneys I worked with came from T10 schools, had honors, worked at the top shops before, etc., and though they are not snooty people, I do think they noticed the GPA to an extent that when it was a close call among candidates, it was at least a point of consideration (subconsciously or not).
