Specifically for commercial/non-IP lit. Should I be worried about the future of the firm with their managing partner recently leaving and Morgan Chu's retirement looming?

Everyone there sounds confident about Morgan Chu's eventual departure. Profits come in from a wide variety of partners, firm is growing pretty well, etc. I didn't see any red flags financially.
