SRZ and it isn't close. I've worked in Cadwalader's corporate/transactional group and CWT has a serious talent retention and culture problem. There's a reason why they pay bonuses in February. I also worked harder than my friends at other firms, especially on weekends/late nights/holidays. Cadwalader also doesn't do typical corporate work (the M&A group does mostly shareholder activism, which is miserable work and the Capital Markets group doesn't do traditional capital markets work).

The same OP anon (scho) who's allegedly currently agonizing between whether to join SRZ or Cadwalader also authored the hit piece on SRZ at http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... #p10401563.
