The rational decision here is easily, easily Weil.

Weil has a fairly decent litigation practice and Schulte's isn't in the same ballpark--they're basically only known for hedge fund work. What exactly is it about Schulte that you found more appealing?

I'd say go with the firm where you can see yourself at the most and liked the people you met with. You're gonna be at whatever firm you choose for lots of hours, so best to pick which one you vibed with the most. For what it's worth, I have a couple friends who summered at Schulte and had a great experience there.

OP - I liked Schulte's people better (more similar to me) and they also seemed happier than those at Weil. But I know that for litigation I should do Weil.

Reach out to recruiting for both and schedule some follow-up conversations to validate your much better feeling about SRZ.

Don't forget that the author who wrote the book Biglaw used to work for Schulte. I believe the book was partly based on her own experience.
