FF DC, Steptoe Chicago or HB Chicago?

I can't decide between these three firms and I need to make a decision pretty soon. I have Chicago roots but really like DC as a city, too. I'd like to do work in litigation and counseling. Please let me know any thoughts you have on these offers. Husch Blackwell pays a bit under market but the hours expectation is also a little lower.
