Confidentiality in job search

I accepted an offer after 2L summer, but am now considering interviewing at other places for my post-clerkship employment. Do I need to make it clear to the in-house recruitment people that I have an offer and directly request confidentiality? Or is that already assumed? I wouldn't want my small-scale search to get back to my 'current' firm.

Aren’t you not allowed to accept an offer if you’re clerking?

Each judge has their own policy on accepting offers.
