Only one offer at a firm that historically no-offers a few summers every year. Now what?

As the title says, I only received one offer through this process. Firm is a V100 that I liked very much, but from browsing this forum I found out they no-offer some of their summers every year. Given that it's my only offer, I don't really have a choice but to accept. However, I'm really concerned about the no-offer policy. Do I continue to apply to firms after accepting the offer in hopes I can squeeze into a 100% offer rate firm? If I fail at that, do I send out applications during 3L summer even though I am not sure if my firm has decided to no-offer me?
If it matters, I do think I outperformed my numbers by even getting an offer to begin with. I'm at a Tier 1 school, exactly median grades, no law review. I'm not sure mass mailing will yield much success for me given my stats. My OCS explicitly said getting an offer through OCI would be an uphill battle, and I was extremely thankful and relieved to have gotten this offer.
