2. Year (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
3. Salary
4. Billable Rate
5. Hours target
6. Bonus potential (first tier if you have multiple)
I'll start:

3. $145,000
4. $365/hr
5. 1900
6. ~$10k
