When you did this, what did you tell other firms you were interviewing with? I know firms will ask if I was offered from my summer SA and I was, so if I get to the point to where I have to accept, will the other firms be wary of me reneging another offer?

Split the above post off into a new topic because the Vale thread is not for folks with a 2L SA offer looking to lateral/"trade up" at 3L OCI. It's for folks who struck out at 2L OCI/mass-mailing and are now scrambling to land post-graduate employment.
As to your question, you should absolutely tell firms you received an offer from your 2L SA firm. In fact, you should indicate this on your resume. Include an "Offer extended" line somewhere in the blurb where you list your summer associateship. Otherwise, firms may assume (wrongly) that you were no-offered, which would severely harm your prospects (as they would then wonder what you did to cause the no-offer).
