Big Law and Green Cards
I've been discussing the idea of my firm sponsoring me for a green card with a few partners and they wanted me to track down some data (even if anecdotal) about what unofficial or official policies other firms have with respect to sponsoring associates for green cards (i.e. general openness, seniority etc). I'd appreciate any input people have - thanks!
