When to ask about billables/salary/offer rate?

I have a callback at a midlaw firm coming up and I am wondering when is the right time to ask these questions:
1. What has the firm's offer rate typically been for SA's?
2. What is the starting salary (I can ballpark within 10k i think but its not published) and what does salary progression look like for the first few years?
3. How many billable hours are expected annually?
4. Has the firm's revenue been consistent, trending upward, or trending downward in the past few years? What is firm's outlook for the next decade? Are they trying to grow certain offices or practice areas?
Are these questions that I can just ask during one-on-one time with someone that I seem to connect well with? This is my first CB so any and all advice is much appreciated. Thank you.
