Does anyone know what the compensation is for one of Withers overseas positions as a US lawyer? I know they pay below market in the US

Not sure what you're looking for exactly. It's a relatively well-known firm and yes pays a bit below market from what I understand. I don't really know much, perhaps check glassdoor, etc.
I would suggest going on Martindale/firm website and perhaps finding an alum of your school who's an associate or partner at Withers. You can reach out to and they can definitely give you more information as well as help you establish some kind of contact with the firm.
