Best quality of life - Washington (D.C.) Big Law (hours, working from home, etc.)

Looking for any info anybody might have about Washington law firms with better quality of life (caveat that I understand it's big law, of course). Any and all information you might have would be very welcome as regards ability to work from home, billables (e.g. how much pressure there is to go above the requirements), flex-time arrangements, etc. etc. Really wide open. Much appreciated!

Sorry that I missed "D.C." in the title! Bar prep must be taking a toll on me. Unfortunately I can't offer any info on D.C.

You didn't miss it! I edited the title for clarity after seeing your earlier post ITT (and OP's response).
Generally I think OP's question is a bit too vague to elicit useful responses. If they have particular firm(s) in mind, that is more likely to get people responding. No TLSer is going to try to rank 50+ BigLaw firms by "lifestyle."
