Firm is biglaw, and they sent me an offer to interview to which I promptly responded. Since then I have yet to hear anything. It's only been 24 hours since then, so I'm just wondering if there in email etiquette to this sort of thing. How long should I wait before following up?

I would wait at least until Monday (i.e. 48 hours) to follow up - I feel like they’ll get back to you when they do. You don’t want to be too pushy. Random q: Are you a rising 2L or 3L?

I’d give it a few days. It’s not easy scheduling partners and could take a few days to round them up.

Agreed. There's no rush to get it scheduled and waiting a few days for them to get back to you isn't going to make any difference. Like was said above, sometimes takes a few days to get partners/associates lined up for the interview.
