Anyone have any data points on Orlando BL salaries for juniors? I have an offer and am wondering if what I'm getting is par for the course.

It can vary widely. As low as $60k and as high as a couple firms (i.e. Holland & Knight) paying near market. Average is about $90k-$100k

I’m a third year in Orlando at one of the bigger firms. My base is 135k.
