Thanks! Is it safe to say if one hasn't recieved callbacks from firms that have already done callbacks it is unlikely to happen? Even if people turn down x firm's offer, the firm can always just pull from their callback list of people who interviewed at the firm instead of going back to their initial list of people they interviewed at OCI.

Thanks! Is it safe to say if one hasn't recieved callbacks from firms that have already done callbacks it is unlikely to happen? Even if people turn down x firm's offer, the firm can always just pull from their callback list of people who interviewed at the firm instead of going back to their initial list of people they interviewed at OCI.

Unlikely, yes, but possible, yes. They keep folks on backburner in case their top callback candidates decline or they need to dip back into the interview pool.
