If a regional firm in a secondary market has ~100 attorneys, pays 1st years $140k, and has PPP around ~$500k, any idea what the pay scale might look like for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year associates?

Anon because I don’t want to out myself since my firm frowns upon associates discussing salary.
My firm is a regional firm with ppp slightly above your firm (600-650 range). Starting salary is 160.
Generally, the salary trajectory seems to be the following:
First 160
Second 165
Third 175
Fourth 185
Fifth 200
Sixth 215
I don’t know anyone above sixth year so not sure where it goes from there.

Thanks a lot for the info!
Can anyone else provide a data point?

Exact same financials ($140k starting and ~$500k PPP). 8th years make 210k. From what I understand, similar shops are in the 200-225k range for 8th years.
