Do Littler Mendelson associates get to speak in court a lot?

No to the first, and likely no to the second (for the same reason).

If you want to speak aloud in court immediately, TCR is be an ada.

As a littler associate who has been around for a while - yes, associates, even at an early level, argue in court and administrative agencies a lot. Littler associates get a lot of responsibility early on - trust me.

For whatever it's worth, a senior associate from Littler second-chaired a trial and took a handful of witnesses when I was clerking for a district court judge. It wasn't a massive case but still much better stand-up opportunity than I see at most big firms.

I’m a Littler attorney. All of this is going to be based on numerous factors like experience, location, client, office, etc.

That said, Littler associates generally get more experience than I think is typical.

Personally, I’ve done solo bench trials, second chaired two jury trials, and argued various motions in state and federal court. Over the last year I’ve argued probably 20 motions.
