Looking for the top plaintiffs firms in dc. Places like Hausfeld. Currently a biglaw litigator looking to move to the other side.

Thanks, this is helpful. I’ve heard good things about Cohen Milstein. Would appreciate anyone’s advice about strong plaintiffs firms with high level compensation.

Bumping this. Any thoughts appreciated. The recruiters I have talked to so far are definitely not as plugged in to this side of the bar and I feel like I'm not getting great insight.

Don’t know much about them but Keller Lenkner recently expanded to DC

I used to walk by Phillips and Cohen. Seemed like they had some good cases and lawyers with good credentials, so I assume the salary was likely solid.

I work with Cohen pretty often (I am also at a p-side firm). They do excellent work but are not particularly well compensated, at least compared to BigLaw, expect midsize firm level compensation.

+1 on Keller Lenkner (unless you want securities work). I'm happy to PM people who are interested, though I do not check this board often, so it would would not be immediate.
More broadly, if recruiters aren't helping, consider just pinging people on LinkedIn--especially if you can find an associate at a firm that has *something* in common with you (state, college, law school, mutual friend, practice group, whatever), most people have no problem with that.
