Top Law Schools

I've heard that Seyfarth Shaw does not give automatic annual raises/bonuses, but bases compensation off of other factors such as billables, etc. Does anyone have more info on average bonuses/salaries for associates in their New York branch? (I know base salary for 1st year associate is $180k.)
Also curious about health insurance benefits and work/life balance in their NY branch.
