Fairly junior corporate associate.

Currently at a V50, looking to move back to DC.

Can anyone recommend a good recruiter? Should I not even be using a recruiter since I am junior? If so, at what class year do people start using recruiters?

Also, my firm has an office in DC, that does some corporate work. Any idea how to go about bringing up the transfer conversation without annoying people if they say no?

I used Laterally as a junior moving out of New York in a similar situation. Got a bunch of offers pretty quickly. If you have a decent resume (good firm, good law school) and are in corporate, you're very attractive as a junior some places in DC where they dont typically get a lot of folks straight out of school (small summer class, niche group, not a "DC practice", etc.) but still need to fill headcount.
