Indeed Search Engine

Is using the search engine Indeed a legit way to find legal jobs. I am noticing simplicity and the state bar's career center has some listings which takes one to Indeed to apply. In other words, simplicity or the career center has just reposted what is on Indeed, and you have to go to indeed to actually apply. Some listings on Indeed then direct you to the actual firms website to apply, but some you must submit through Indeed. I've submitted some resumes through Indeed without going to the firm's direct website because they don't have a direct apply link. I have, however, noted the employer's names, so I can email them directly within a few days after to follow up. Anyone have any experience with Indeed, and is it credible since simplicity is posting Indeed jobs as well as the state bar career center?

All of my interviews and job offers at this point resulted from postings on either Indeed or governmentjobs.com. I subscribe to the Indeed job feed with certain keywords and it sends me job posting notifications, very efficient. However, I never apply through Indeed but rather find the firm website/contact and send my apps in. Also, I am in California, not big law, which might make a difference.
